The First 25 members of AWEinEnergy will be selectively profiled and privately invited to join the organization
The First 25 are Women Leaders in Energy who are already in Director or Vice President positions. They will complete the Executive Development analysis for C-Suite leadership and will be placed on a development plan to attain C-Suite roles
Application to AWEinEnergy can be achieved by invitation from one of the First 25
Membership will be assessed and if successful the Female leader will be invited to join the AWEinEnergy Executive Development Organization
Application to AWEinEnergy can be achieved by self nomination from any Female Leader in the Energy Industry who is already in a Director or Vice President Role
