AWEinEnergy membership is by invitation or nomination only, focused on women in the Energy Industry in Director Level positions and above. Our members are also women with the potential to achieve positions of CEO to 3 levels of reporting from CEO in the Energy Industry. AWEinEnergy will partner with C-suite leaders in the Energy Industry to develop intimate mentoring relationships that will support our members in first hand learning. The mentoring platform will also be a springboard for our members to identify sponsors in the Energy Industry

The Energy industry possess a significant gender pay gap and as AWEinEnergy is creating a new pool of Executive women, we will assist our members in negotiating Executive Contracts in comparison to the industry top percentile, such that our members are statistically contributing to closing the gender pay gap
